A 100% automated implementation of the MuleXpress service requires that you use one of the UPS supplied systems for creating shipments, e.g. WorldShip
But the good news is that even smaller volume or less automated shippers can use the MuleXpress service as and when they want to by simply filling in order number and email address on a customized online screen and clicking "Track". Click here for a sample form
Why would you want to do this ?
Either option improves your level of customer service as a shipper but also reduces the overhead on your customer service department (and toll free telephone number).
How can I start ?
Installation of either option requires some assistance from our support department and involves a setup fee. Completely automating the setup leaves the system open to abuse by spammers so has been ruled out.
