| Who are you and why do you have information about my shipment ? |
| We are Contractors Depot. This site, Mule Express, does not have any details about what you ordered, who you are, where you live or anything like that. It is owned and run by us. We also own and run the site from which you ordered. Mule Express purely keeps you informed of where your package is. Doing it as reliably as possible and politely as possible. It looks generic and feels generic because we use it for all of our sites. |

| Why do you send these emails ? |
| UPS are generally very good. But sometimes they lose packages, other times a package gets lost just temporarily (delayed). The percentage they lose or delay is very low. But when the one they lose or delay is yours it becomes much more important than their statistics. We send you these emails so that you can watch the progress of your order. When it looks like it has got stuck or lost you can get back in touch with us and we will look into it and either resolve the problem with UPS now or reship to you and resolve the problem with UPS behind the scenes. |
